SMOOTHIES.
I’m addicted. This is good however since I was addicted to ice cream (hey- it was the ONLY thing that helped my heartburn after dinner- even better than Pepcid and it was fat free). I don’t know why but the other day all of a sudden I had to have a smoothie. Luckily I just happened to have some frozen berries and a banana and soy milk. MMMMMMMMMMMM. So now I’m completely hooked and have to have at least a small one every night after dinner. And better than anything is I feel less guilty about having a smoothie with all healthy ingredients.
I’m happy. Baby girl is happy. It’s a fabulous thing.
